The Portland School in the Sunderland area specialises in helping students with severe learning difficulties by offering co-educational day provision. Barry Robinson, the Sunderland Branch Secretary thanks the active Sunderland members who made the donation saying: "We had no hesitation in making the donation of £1,000 to the school in recognition of the great work they do in our area."
