Employment Law solicitor, Tracy Stainton, of Milburn Solicitors in Cumbria, attended the Whitehaven & West Cumbria Branch meeting to give a presentation on the removal of the default retirement age (DRA). Tracy discussed the Employment Equality (AGE) Regulations and urged members not to leave themselves open to a claim of age discrimination.
