The FMB in the Eastern Region has joined forces with Consign Construction Skills Solutions Ltd to provide members with a training resource.
Consign’s Training Officer service, which helps construction businesses to identify training solutions, find ways in which training can be funded and helps them with the administration and organisation of work based training has just become an associate member of the FMB.
Helen, FMB Eastern Regional Director has helped to establish the training service and is enthusiastic for her members to benefit from it. She is well aware that a majority of her members are too small to employ a full time training person so by working with Consign, we are able to provide a solution for busy managers to access a wide range of advice and guidance from Consign on training issues.
