To join NRWB you must:

• Have a minimum three year trading history and provide three years accounts.

• Have an inspection on a job that is in progress.

• Provide six client references including one professional reference.

• Meet with local FMB Branch approval.

• Have public and employer liability insurance.

• Have no un-discharged bankruptcies or relevant and outstanding County Court Judgments.

• Be VAT registered if applicable.

• Have passed credit checks, public record and director checks.

• Confirm your commitment to the FMB and TrustMark's Code of Practice.
