What is TrustMark?
TrustMark is a Government backed initiative to help consumers find reliable and trustworthy builders and specialist tradespeople to carry out repairs, inside and outside the home. All FMB members are eligible to join the scheme.

How TrustMark can help consumers
FMB membership already offers the best protection available to consumers through their vetting process. To join TrustMark, a member’s technical skills will have also been independently checked through regular on-site inspections, in addition to checks on their trading record and financial status.  Consumers can get in touch with TrustMark accredited members through our Find A Builder service.

How TrustMark can help builders and specialist tradespeople

• Provide extra peace of mind to consumers by being a member of a scheme supported by the Government, the building industry, retailers and consumer protection groups
• Members' details are searchable on the TrustMark website
• Members can be found on the FMB Find A Builder matching service

How do I become a TrustMark builder?
If you want to secure more business for your company by becoming TrustMark registered, you can register through the FMB -

Please note: The only way to become TrustMark registered is to be inspected and approved by a scheme operator. It is not possible to join TrustMark directly.
