Build Assure membership criteria

To join Build Assure you must:

• Have a minimum three year trading history and provide three years accounts.

• Have an inspection on a job that is in progress.

• Provide one client and one professional reference.

• Provide public and employer's liability insurance certificates.

• Have passed credit checks, public record and director checks.

• Have no un-discharged bankruptcies or relevant and outstanding County Court Judgments.

• Confirm your commitment to the FMB and TrustMark's Code of Practice.

How much will it cost?

To upgrade from FMB only membership it will cost £210.00 (plus VAT).

How do I apply?

To apply for membership, simply contact Build Assure, details above right.

Once we have established that your company meets our entry criteria we will forward you an application form via post or e-mail. You will need to return it with the following enclosures:
 

• Three years accounts;
• Details of a work in progress job that we can inspect and
• Your certificates of public and employers liability insurance.
   
  

Once received and checked, Build Assure will forward your application form to our Operations Department who will contact your client for a reference and arrange your inspection. Please note that it can take up to six weeks to be accepted into membership.

If your credit score is lower than is normally accepted we will work with you to try to acheive membership and this may require a testimonial from your accountant or bank.
