FMB TrustMark registration for trades within the scope of the above schemes is offered at a reduced rate when registration is applied for and achieved at the same time as certification for one of the above schemes. Details of the fee are given below.

All fees quoted exclude VAT which should be added at the current rate and are valid from 1st September 2012 until further notice.

Please Note: the fees quoted are not applicable where an experienced worker assessment is the route selected to demonstrate the competence required to achieve certification. The FMB will provide a quotation for experienced worker assessment services.

Fees are payable at the time an application form is submitted unless we need to provide a fees quote because the relevant fees information is not included in this page or you are a business:

with more than 10 employees; and/or
a business that works from multiple offices; and/or
a business that works outside of the UK.

Where the above applies, please submit the application form and we will provide a fees quotation.

Competent Person Scheme fees
Initial Fees and Annual Renewal Fees The initial registration and certification fee includes the application fee, initial assessment and the first year of registration. Annual renewal fees include routine annual surveillance visit fees.

Note 4 Under the electrical installation, oil heating and solid mineral fuel options, the assessment and registration of details of individual operatives who will be self-certifying that the work is required. The fees quoted include assessment of up to two operatives per scope of registration category. Where registration of more than two operatives is required, additional fees will be charged – see the Potential Additional Fees information below.

Green Deal [Energy Efficiency Measure] Installer Scheme Fees
Due to the on-going development of the Green Deal initiative and related Green Deal Installer certification requirements the fees for Green Deal [Energy Efficiency Measure] Installer certification are currently being finalised. In the interim, the FMB will provide a fee quotation based upon your certification requirements. Please complete and submit a certification application form to obtain a quotation.

Due to the on-going development of the Green Deal initiative and related Green Deal Installer certification requirements the fees for Green Deal [Energy Efficiency Measure] Installer certification are currently being finalised. TrustMark Scheme Fees (when Trustmark registration is applied for and achieved at the same time as certification)
Where TrustMark registration is applied for and achieved at the same time as Competent Person Scheme registration and/or Green Deal [Energy Efficiency Measure] Installer and/or Microgeneration [MCS] Installer certification, the fee payable £50.00.
