The FMB’s 69th National Annual General Meeting was held at the Royal York Hotel, York YO24 1AA on Friday, September 10th 2010 at 10.30 am.

AGENDA

1. To confirm the minutes of the 68th Annual General Meeting.
2. To receive the report of National Council.
3. To receive and approve the audited accounts for the Federation of Master Builders for the year ending December 31st 2009.
4. To elect National Officers for the year 2010/2011 in accordance with Rules 110 and 118(c).
5. To appoint auditors.
6. To consider proposals, if any, for the alteration of the Rules submitted in accordance with Rule 118(e).
7. To consider any other business appropriate to the meeting of which notice has been given in accordance with the Rules.
