A garden room extension has added a new dimension to this Regency property. The brief was to design and construct a brick and flint structure to match the original house as much as possible.
A particular feature of this project was the incorporation of as many reclaimed materials as possible while at the same time ensuring the project met building and conservation requirements. Bricks, ridge tiles, beams and even floorboards were sourced to ensure the end result was as authentic as possible.
