Restoration of Grade 2 listed cottage and garden

Exterior shot

The renovation of the house and garden has restored this beautiful cottage to a comfortable family home. A rear extension has created a new kitchen which is completely in keeping with the rest of the house, even down to matching roof tiles and oak beams.

What the customer said:

"Our builder made a wreck into a beautiful home, he used traditional skills and was willing and able to make all our required changes." Laura Peaple

What the Master Builder of the Year judges said:

"The client thought the builder was simply wonderful adding lots of creative ideas to the finished project. The extension is flawless with no way of telling the original from the new."
