Following problems with the original architect, CB Homes Ltd were brought in to rescue this family's project to build their dream home. The four-bedroom home was built to the family's specification with the builder altering the design to suit their needs. The ground floor includes a spacious hall, office, kitchen, dining room and lounge. Upstairs are four bedrooms, the master-bedroom ensuite. The two children's bedrooms are themed, one for a football fan, the other reflecting the sea. The loft area of a separate double garage houses a spacious playroom.
This house contains numerous special features that any family would be proud of - not least the centralised IT system in every room, for sound, TV, telephone and computers. There is also under floor heating throughout the house, and the builder incorporated four different floor heights on the ground floor to accommodate different floor coverings and make sure they were all at the same level.
