Extensive renovation of William Morris-style 6-bedroom Victorian home

The exterior

The extensive restoration and renovation of this derelict Colwyn Bay home has ensured it retains its original look and feel. The work involved restoring the original stained glass windows, mosaic flooring, wall paintings, fireplaces and garden lay-out.

Modern touches in this distinctly Victorian home include cabling for a multi-source hi fi/tv integrated sound system with remote control in each bedroom, state of the art zoned heating/pressurised hot water system and central vacuum system. There is an added modern touch in one of the shower units, which features a back massage facility, steam function and audio unit.
