FMB Monitoring system for approved LDC applications (Members only)

The following form has been designed to allow the FMB to monitor how Local Planning Authorities are interpreting the new GPDO.
 
When members receive a Lawful Development Certificate for a particular project they are invited to enter the details in the fields listed.
 
If major inconsistencies become apparent then the collated information will allow the FMB to take the results to the DCLG for further discussion.
 
The information collated will also provide members with a valuable resource when dealing with Local Planning Authorities on other similar projects.
