The Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 have been published. They are due to come into force on 31st October 2012.

Also new regulations to amend the Scheme for Construction Contracts in Northern Ireland will come into force on 14th November 2012. These will affect rules relating to adjudication and payment notices, see www.legislation.gov.uk/nisr/2012/365/pdfs/nisr_20120365_en.pdf
