HIPs suspended
Article
The duty to supply Home Information Packs (HIPs) when selling or renting a property has been suspended from 21st May 2010. However Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)must still be provided. The FMB information sheet on EPCs has been updated to take account of these changes.
