Nathan Pritchard began working towards a City and Guilds qualification in plastering at Coleg Menai, Bangor when he started work with Alastair Bidwell of FMB member firm, 'Get Plastered'. Nathan showed excellent aptitude and skill in his trade and in May 2010 he came third in the SkillBuild competition regional heats held at Coleg Menai and as his scores were one of the highest of the competition he was selected to represent Wales in the regional final to be held this autumn. Nathan still works with 'Get Plastered' and proposes to do his fourth year in advance plastering followed by a project manager course.
