We have fantastic news of an FMB member who has outperformed some of the UK’s biggest developers. Candidates for the LABC Warranty Building Excellence Awards were judged on foundations, superstructure, surface finishes, site main areas and site organisation.
FMB Eastern Region member, Francis Jackson Homes, (won two awards: Development of the Year (11-50 units), for its Walled Garden development, a bespoke development of 26 two, three and four-bedroom homes set behind the historic stone wall of Potterspury House in Northamptonshire; and Overall Developer of the Year for building highquality properties to the highest standards.
