State of Trade Survey 2009 Q4

Conditions in the construction industry continued to deteriorate in the final quarter of 2009, according to the latest FMB survey. That said, although workload balances remained negative across the board, some sectors saw a slowdown in the rate of decline. However, expectations for workloads in the first quarter of 2010 turned more pessimistic, suggesting that the industry still has some way to go before a sustained recovery sets in.
