Small kitchen extension

Here the timber lean-to/outhouse was taken down and a new building added on to the existing kitchen adding a complete new look to the rear of the property as well as a spacious new kitchen with vaulted ceiling.

Extension and alterations

An extensive job that required super communication between the architect client and AOBC.

Here the property was extended to the front rear and sideand an ingle nook fireplace added to the lounge. The roof was replaced and extensive works were carried out internally including new kitchen bathrooms heated water systems and complete re decoration.

External works were also quite complex. All carried out within the timescale permitted and within budget.
