From the start of the building project we can help you recruit an independent first class architect who will work with you to ensure you get the design you require. They can submit your planning application, and even liaise with the planning department.
We provide a building consultancy service if required. We are happy to discuss your requirements, and suggest possible solutions. Perhaps an extension is not appropriate, so we may suggest a loft conversion to provide the extra space you need.
