Truss Roof Loft Conversion

We were commissioned by the client to convert the loft of their modern detached property into an additional room.

This required the modification of the existing truss roof to provide a new strengthened roof structure with increased pitch with the ridge raised by approximately 1.2m.

The project also included the construction of two dormers to the rear fitting of two Velux roof windows to the front and the installation of lights electricity points and radiators.
