Case Study 1

Refurbishment

This property, which is situated right next to a stream was severely flooded, requiring a full strip out and drying process over several weeks before a full reinstatement could be made. After the drying process we had to re-do the plumbing and electrics prior to a complete refurbishment including this kitchen. To help prevent further flooding special pressure gates were installed externally.

Case Study 2

Garage Conversion/Extension

We carry out building works to extend and alter houses as increasing the size of your house can be a cheaper and more favourable alternative than the hassle of moving. As with this example, the space above the garage has been utilized to create a spacious master suite with dressing room and en-suite and the added luxury of air-conditioning.
