Case Study 1

Fire Damaged Kitchen

A fire in a gas boiler caused extensive damage to kitchen and smoke damage to rest of 4 bedroom house.

Absolute dealt with Insurers on behalf of the family ands renewed the kitchen as well as refurbishing the rest of the house.

The family also requested an extension to the ground floor lounge and provision of a raised garden terrace to increase their living space.

Case Study 2

Flooded Apartment

A lower ground floor luxury apartment suffered from a faulty drainage system and then a flash flood which caused the drainage system to back up into the apartment flooding it with sewage contaminated water.

Absolute acted on behalf of the block management and the owner to deal with the Insurers.

The property was stripped back to the structure to remove contaminated materials. A new tanking system was installed with guarantees, restoration of luxury kitchen and bathroom together with all electrical and heating systems.
