Member Profile

Our core business is house extensions and loft conversions up to 100k.

We also fit traditional kitchens and renovate bathrooms. We provide a full range of trades to complete projects. As far as possible we tend not to run several jobs simultaneously. All our tradesmen have a passion for their work and take great pride in their achievements.

In the main we serve the Greater Glasgow and Renfrewshire areas and beyond when the ocassion arises.

Case Study 1

2nd Storey Added to Existing Ground Storey

This project was within a conservation Area in South Glasgow.

A Mansard roof had to be removed and an additonal bedroom with en-suite added ontop of existing structure.

Our main concern was to keep the rain from penetrating to the existing ground floor room.

The external leaf finish was to reflect the stonework of the original house. A specialist was engaged for this and the finish was excellent.

Our client was delighted with the overall finish and we were recommended to a neighbour in the same street with another successful ending.

Case Study 2

2 Story Extension/Loft Conversion/Internal Refurbushment The new extension provided a family room on the ground floor and a Master Bedroom with en-suite on the upper floor. The loft conversion was quite small but provided an additional bedroom for this growing family. The internal refurbishment included rewiring the house opening up the rear wall of the house to create an open plan kitchen and dining area overlooking the new family room. The kitchen was high quality and the finishings superb. Solid oak timber flooring was laid throughout the ground floor level.
