Case Study 1

First Floor Bedroom Extension in Cheshire

The above project comprised of an extension to the rear and the side of an existing semi detached property, with all necessary internal alterations.

The value was approx £40k and was a 16 week contract which was adhered to.There were no delays or extensions to the contract.

The works were carried out utilising the JCT Home Owners Form of Contract.

Complete Barn Conversion , Cheshire

This project was the complete refurbishment of a 400 year old barn including alterations and extensions with a contract value of £250,000.00

The works involved were new roof,windows,electrics,plumbing,heating systems,complete replastering and a complete refurhment to enable the existing barn to be used as habitable accomodation.

The works were carried out utilising the home owners JCT form of contract.
