Formation

In 1984 after 10 years of Quantity Surveying for both contractors and national house builders Terry Birch formed Birch Construction…

NHBC & Award Winning Developments

1985 saw the completion of the Companies first two homes and full membership of the National House Building Council.

In the following years 34 more homes were built ranging from a retirement bungalow in Woodford to a six bed 'footballer's home' in Bramhall (Jaap Stam actually!) to a prestigious NHBC award winning development of nine homes in Cheshire.

Diversification

Responding to customer and market demand the Company diversified operations.

Our range of services was extended to include the building of home extensions conversions and refurbishments.
