All Done Maintenance offer a full planned and reactive maintenance service including maintenance contracts for property management companies office blocks shops and other businesses and we are able to provide an immediate response service as well as scheduled routine inspections. Case Study 2

Enfield Refurbishment

The brief was to create a double storey extension which would extend the kitchen space and create an extra room above. All of our major skills were employed on this project from discussing the conceptual design with our customers and helping them visualise the best options to drawing the architectural plans and obtaining the relevant permissions.

We provided expert project management to ensure that all the activities were carried out to the highest standard and were delivered on time and within budget. For example the structural work involved extending the ground floor footprint of the house extending the floor above building the extension outer walls and windows and doorways adding the new roofing and redecorating the outer walls of the house.Internally we installed under floor heating we reconstructed the internal walls and we installed a new kitchen with all of the necessary plumbing and electrical work. We also updated the lighting to add to the modern contemporary atmosphere. As with all our projects clearing up after we've finished is very important and after we had laid the new drive you would not know that our builders had ever been there!The project was delivered on time within budget and with the minimum of disruption for our customers who are extremely pleased with the results.
