Case Study 1

Tudor Barn

We have extended this refurbished 15th century tudor barn by building a Sun Room on the side.

This Large Sun Room has been built to merge with the existing property. By using the same materials and detailing as the current house, we have been able to re-create the old rustic look which is in keeping with this property.

Inside, we have exposed the roof rafters which has increased the space of this room and continued the barn theme.

Made to measure oak doors and windows have been installed, together with modern fittings and finish gives this Sun Room a barn conversion feel.

Double Storey: Bathroom, Bedroom and Treatment Room

This is our current project, a two storey extension with a dormer window situated in the upstairs bedroom.

Upstairs and at the back a bathroom is to be fitted with two velux windows. A large walk in storage area has been created where the old bathroom was situated.

All of the downstairs space will be used as a sport therapy treatment room, while round the back a covered way has been built to add a sheltered outside space.
