Artifex Developments, run by Jonathon Winter and David Goddard, both accomplished, experienced and qualified carpenters, offers a complete building service.

We specialise in loft conversions and Extensions. With our team, including bricklayers, roofers, specialist lead workers, plumbers and electricians amongst others we are able to assist you with all your building needs.

We are able to help you develop an initial idea, assist you with your architectural drawings, structural calculations, kitchen designs etc, as required.

Aside from our building work we also manage maintenance work on behalf of a local Managing agency, this includes the health and safety inspections, project management of scheduled maintenance and carrying our repairs and major works on approximately 70 properties accross sussex.
