Case Study 1

Extension and refurbishment

A large side extention and refurbishment in Eccles.

The extension had a new garage bedroom and ensuite. The main house was extensively refurbished when finished the house had 5 bedrooms large landing areabathroom and ensuite.

The roof was retiled in an attractive red small tile.

Case Study 2

Refurbishment

This was a refurbishment in Stockport town centre it was part of the on going Heritage program. The roof was completely removed and replaced with a traditional timber structure.

The windows were replaced with double glazed sliding sashes. The front elevation was repointed. the guttering was replaced with ornamental cast iron.
