Aster Construction provide both Building Contractor and Management Services to both Professional and Domestic Clients.

Our Management Services include : Construction Budgets and Value Engineering , Project Management , Construction Planning , Technical and Contractual Advice , Architectural Drawings, Building Regulation Submissions and Planning Applications.

Most of our contracting work is secured on a negotiated basis where we provide a complete Management and Construction service.

Our recent contracting work has focused on the refurbishment and renovation of domestic property and student accommodation , new build flats, extensions , small works and interior refurbishment in Higher Education Facilities.

We are experienced in Healthcare . Leisure Facilities , Offices and Industrial Units.

Case Study 1

New Build Student Flats , Newland Street West, Lincoln

We carried out a full Project Management and Construction Service including significant value engineering on both the building and services install, re design of floor layouts , review of Green Technologies, Solar PV Installation on a very tight city centre site.

The property included a 1 bed ground floor flat and a 2 bed flat set over 2 floors.The site was a brown field site which was subject to Local Authority with ground remediation which included asbestos management and removal .

Case Study 2

Gresham St, Lincoln

We carried out a full Project Management and Construction Service including Cost Management, Drawings , Planning Permissions, Building Control Regulations Applications and Inspection.

The project involved

the taking down of derelict single storey extension and replacing it with a new single storey kitchen extension

redesigning the internal layout providing the property with an additional bedroom and wc's to both Ground Floor and 1st Floor

the property was fully drylined and insulated to current building regulations with a complete new heating , electrical , ventilation , plumbing and sanitaryware installation

External Renovations, minor roof repairs , new drainage connections , and external paving work to both front and back.

The project was completed in August 2011
