Case Study 1

single storey extension

Single storey extension After demolishing the old wooden conservatory and outside boiler room that was no longer used we created a new utility room and downstairs toilet as the client was in a wheelchair and only had use of a first floor bathroom so this was a much needed amenity.

A new condensing boiler was fitted in the utility and a new wheelchair ramp created to allow access to the garden.

Case Study 2

blandford road care home wetroom

Installation of seven disabled access wetrooms in a specialist care home. The clients specification required the bathrooms to look as non institutional as possible but easy to keep clean with light colours.

Each room was fitted with a w.c and hand basin plus a level access shower tray with half height bi-fold doors as space was at a premium.
