Hi - my name is Craig Barnard I am a third generation builder who has an honours degree in 3-dimensional design. I am a hands on multi skilled builder based in north London. I have a small team of talented craftsmen who work alongside me. Together we offer a friendly and professional service covering all aspects of construction.

Bathroom Highgate

This bathroom as with many we have undertaken started with meeting clients and discussing their needs. Computer aided designs of possible layouts. Choosing of tiles and bathroom fitting from our large collection of catalogs and good knowledge of local suppliersComplete bathroom refurbishment including removal of existing fixtures. New plastered ceiling. Installing electric underfloor heating low voltage lighting shaver socket and towel rail with auxiliary heater.

Carpentry New plywood floor boxing for pipework fitted cupboards with spray finished doors false wall to rear of bath with feature recess. Installation of new bath with wall mounted taps floating toilet and bidet with gilbert concealed cistern wall mounted double sink with chrome traps.Completely tiled floor and walls using 600x600mm floor tiles with chrome edges.Installation of bathroom cabinet including connection of electric supply. Decoration of ceiling and woodwork.

Most importantly removing of all debris and leaving the job clean and tidy.
