We are a family run business with over 30 years experience in the building industry.

Being based in North Hertfordshire allows us to undertake projects in neighboring counties and the Greater London area.

Our clients range from architects and developers who are used to the building process through to private clients approaching a one off project.

Experience of the industry is not essential - our flexible approach provides the same high quality results to suit the needs of each client.

Our main area of expertise is in extensions renovations & alterations to domestic dwellings along with new build properties.

We have a growing speciality in the repair & repointing of traditional brickwork using lime mortars.

We also have plenty of commercial experience from structural alterations & solving access issues through to office/shop fit outs.

Case Study 1

Kitchen extension & internal alterations

This project was undertaken in the spring of 2009. The works involved demolishing an existing rear extension to make room for a new single story extension. A new kitchen diner was fitted into the additional space as well as a new bathroom upstairs. The downstairs layout of the property was altered extensively. A new boiler & central heating system were also installed.

The works were completed within the agreed schedule & costs and we kept the clients informed of all developments throughout. They were extremely pleased with the results and are very happy to provide references.

Case Study 2

Double extension & internal alterations

This project was completed over the summer of 2009. The project involved constructing a large double extension to the rear of the property and extensive remodeling of the existing layout both upstairs & downstairs. This included a new master bedroom en-suite new utility room and WC downstairs along with a much larger living room. A new boiler & central heating system were also fitted. As the property had received a refurbishment only 2 years previously the front half of the building had to be sealed off and protected from any damage throughout the works. Another consideration during this project was the fixed deadline for completion of works as the client was moving out of rented accommodation straight into the property. All works were completed on time and the clients were very pleased with the quality of finish. References are available on request.
