Our maintenance division has considerable expertise and experience providing cyclical planned maintenance void property works and responsive repair services for many Local Authorities and Housing Associations.
We currently provide maintenance services for over 20000 homes throughout Sussex and Kent through our St Leonards (near Hastings) and Ashford offices and have carried out over 58000 maintenance orders in the last year. This equates to one order being received and completed nearly every two minutes.
We now have experience in the setting up and operation of successful partnering arrangements but accept that this is a continuous learning process to which we endeavour to contribute by being true ""team players"".
