  • Have had an inspection on a job in progress on joining and on a completed development every three years thereafter
  • Has a minimum of twelve months trading
  • Have passed credit checks, public record and director checks
  • At least two references have been provided for Brookes Builders, one client reference (preferably from a work in progress) and one professional reference
  • Public and employer liability insurance (if applicable)
  • VAT registration (if applicable)
  • Confirmation of business address/details
  • Brookes Builders has agreed to abide by the FMB Disputes Resolution and Complaints Procedures
