Harrington Gardens - Complete Hotel Refurbishment

This project commenced in February 2006 with a completion schedule of 1 year and 5 months.

Works consisted of:

  1. Conversion of 20 existing apartments into 35 smaller luxury apartments
  2. Complete internal refurbishment and fit-out of 35 new apartments
  3. Complete external refurbishment including restoration works of existing columns
  4. Construction of a new penthouse
  5. Installation of a 4 person lift
  6. All new mechanical & engineering systems incl. new commercial & air-conditioning units

This property has been open since July 2007 and is trading business as a hotel/luxury serviced apartments. Quality of works and designs can be noticed upon viewing this fantastic property.

Case Study 2

Kensington Hotel

This project commenced in November 2007 and had a projected completion time of 1 years and 3 months.

Works consisted of:

  1. Complete refurbishment of all existing X70 rooms with design modifications to allow an extra 8 rooms to be constructed without dramatically affecting room sizes.
  2. Existing basement was converted from an old cellar and storage to allow an additional rooms and a 'Breakfast Room'
  3. Installation of x2 single lifts
  4. All new mechanical & engineering systems incl. new commercial boiler.
  5. Wireless network & CCTV designed security system

The hotel has been open since January 2009 and comprises of 88 rooms. Quality of works and designs is loved throughout from our client and guests staying at this hotel.
