Case Study 1

Celler conversion general property refurbishment and bathroom replacement

Our original brief was to refurbish existing celler rooms to a habitable state which was completed including complete tanking revised access to celler and staircase replacement.

On completion of this aspect we where asked to carry on with similar standard works throughout other rooms in the property.

Case Study 2

new build detached house.

This new build was for a private client in Cheshire. The project was to build a new 3 bed detached house/ garage on a new site including the instalation of all services from adjacent roadway.
