Our aim is to make you the client completely at ease while the work is in progress, and our rates are very competitive.

We are based in the Liverpool area but cover all of the merseyside region. A very high percentage of our work is done through recomendations from previous clients

Case Study 1

Double extension to a semi detatched house in ormskirk

This project is a double extension to the side of a property in ormskirk while the work was in progress. We are about to start the first floor level, having erected the ground floor level and drainwork.

The second picture is the extension completed and the clients were extremley happy with the finish, timescale and buget.

First floor bedroom extension on top of an existing garage in Huyton.

This is a bedroom extension on top of an existing garage in huyton. It has a juliet balcony to the french doors, which the client requested. We had to increase the wall strenghth in the garage to carry the extra load of the extension above.
