The company was initially founded from McGreevy Contracts which was formed in 1976 as a sole business.  From the outset McGreevy Contracts was gaining a reputation for high quality work within the construction sector.  The company is located along the Irish border giving it a competitive advantage to market itself and function in both jurisdictions.  

McGreevy Contracts completed almost 5,000 heating installations in the late 1990’s through sub-contracting from European companies such as Utilicom who completed the installations on behalf of the Northern Ireland Housing Executive.  We have also built over 200 homes in the early part of the 2000’s adding more skills to our impressive range.

CTS PROJECTS Ltd has the aim to provide mechanical and electrical works including oil, gas and renewable energy heating installations along with advice for low carbon homes together with construction and maintenance of dwellings and facilities management.  We also have the routine, planned and response maintenance programme for all our heating installations and will grow this portfolio through time to add on other works not completed by us.   To enable us to achieve high standards in these fronts we have acquired Rozell Energy Services Ltd. 

The company is forward thinking, combining the latest technology with a high standard of personal service and attention to detail in its M & E work, building works, Facilities Management and its customer service.  With a vast array of experience and management capabilities the company has continued to grow into its vision.
