Yorkshire Dampcourse (YDCWT) and Associated Preservation Systems (APS) are the trading names of Catrake Ltd. YDCWT and APS have been trading from Leeds UK since about 1975 servicing the requirements of West South and North Yorkshire for both domestic customers and commercial clients. Our specialities are damp-proofing flood / water damage remediation timber treatment and replacement woodworm wet and dry rot treatments.
We are also able to undertake basement conversions and structural works such as wall tie replacement wall lateral restraint and mortar bed reinforcement and strapping. We can provide help advice and solutions to problems of penetrating dampness and condensation.
As members of the Property Care Association our surveyors are trained and qualified to carry out building inspections in respect of dampness and timber problems. Additionally we have a specialist trained surveyor to inspect and report on below ground (e.g. basement) water proofing systems.
