Case Study 1

EDWARD ROAD, BIGGIN HILL, KENT

FRONT EXTENSION - Designed & managed entirely by Charles Dean Developments Ltd - from concept ideas right through to completion. Drawings were produced by the in house Architectural Team, Planning Permission received prior to construction and this included Building Regulations Approvals, NICEIC Electrical Test Certification & any necessary Statutory Permissions. Work involved new drainage to include both mains & surface water services, new drive block paviers drive alterations & refurbishment of the ground floor Diner & Kitchen with formation of Wet Room with toilet and Entrance Foyer.

From the front this is just another extension but internally the innovative design with sloped ceilings has created far more than additional rooms to the house.

The family are delighted with the high standard of workmanship, the customer service received and the consideration given to them especially because Charles Dean acted as builder, architect and planners to produce a great project & home.

Case Study 2

St GEORGES ROAD, BICKLEY

Charles Dean Developments Ltd took the entire roof off to create a loft extension which included new Dorma Roofs with windows all within what was previously a drab loft space. This client asked Charles Dean to help with designs from conception ideas and therefore AutoCAD drawings were produced before obtaining Planning permission & Building Regulations Approval, all of which is implemented entirely in house by Charles Dean staff.

The house was extensively renovated & altered with new layouts so that the first & second floors incorporated new staircases, en-suits, bathrooms and additional bedrooms.

Once complete both the client & our team could be proud of the creation of this beautiful family home.
