  • Have signed the TrustMark license
  • Have had an inspection on a job in progress on joining and on a completed development every three years thereafter
  • Verified no un-discharged bankruptcies or relevant and outstanding County Court Judgments
  • Have a minimum three year trading history and provide three years accounts
  • Have passed credit checks, public record and director checks
  • Six references have been provided for Charrett & Sons, including one from a 'professional' or LABC
  • Public and employer liability insurance (if applicable)
  • VAT registration (if applicable)
