 We cover the all general building and maintainance service including listed building works and general repairs to domestic and commercial properties. Shrubland lodge

We have carried out a large refurbishment to Shrubland lodge.

The current oweners purchased the property about 15 years ago and since then we have been carrying out the refurbishment for them, the works have included;-

Full new roof,

replacment sash windows,

70% replastering,

Dpc works,

New kitchen,

New bathrooms,

Structual soleplate works,

New extentions,

all other mondenisation related works,

converting outbuildings/barns into offices

and Lanscaping

The pictures showen where in a seven page artical in the suffolk life, reporting on the new life that had been brought back into the building, the artical was in the september addition.

We would like to give thanks to Simon for allowing us to carry out the works to such a lovely property and also allowing us to carry out the works to such a high standard.

Case Study 2

Mill Farm Barns

Mill Farm Barns where dissused cattle barns, Appox 30% of the barns where on the verge of collapse.

Over the space of a year we fully stripped the barns down to a suitable start and rebuilt them into three, five bedroom luxury barn conversions.

The barns had little expence spared as the developers requested;-

New hand made oak A frame Trusses and purlins,

Hand made oak staircase,

Oak kitchens with granit worktops, also fully intergrtated appliances,

Fully landscaped gardens with large lime stone Patios and a large amount of planting.

All the above list was carried out on top of the useual work involved in coversions.
