FMB and Build Assure member with TrustMark

Have signed the TrustMark license
Have had an inspection on a job in progress on joining and on a completed development every three years thereafter
Verified no un-discharged bankruptcies or relevant and outstanding County Court Judgments
Have a minimum three year trading history and provide three years accounts
Have passed credit checks, public record and director checks
Have provided a professional reference
Has Public and Employer (if applicable) Liability Insurance
VAT registration (if applicable)
Confirmation of business address/details
Cheshiregate Property Services has agreed to abide by the FMB and Build Assure Disputes Resolution and Complaints Procedures

We employ the full spectrum of trades from bricklayers joiners plasterers electrician and plumbers which allows us not to rely on sub-contracting work to complete your project.

This enables us to cover the full aspect of the building trade. We are currently doing work that ranges between £500- £600k.

We operate throughout the south Manchester/North Cheshire area.
