Claywood (Specialist Building Services) Ltd is the new name for the well established building sub contractor Claywood Joinery. Established in 1986 Claywood Joinery has grown from a partnership between the now directors Nicky Clay and Dave Wood into a flourishing sub contract company Claywood (Specialist Building Services) Ltd with a turnover in excess of 1.5 million pounds. The name change and incorporation into a limited company has come about due to the company's ongoing expansion programme as well as more dry lining contracts been awarded without the joinery contracts.

As a general rule Claywood (Specialist Building Services) Ltd are able to offer an excellent package of supply and fix joinery and dry lining to new build homes as well as carrying out works on a labour only basis if required.
