Case Study 1

Kitchen and groundfloor renovation

This project was for a completly new wrap around extension. Including footings brickwork, new roof and all assosiated works - plastering, plumbing electrics. New decking new ground floor layout change - supporting wall. Cloakroom, kitchen, french doors and decking.

Case Study 2

Complete renovation bungalow too a 2 storey house

This bungalow conversion involved us removing the roof, constructimg a new timber frame 2nd floor and cutting in a new roof. Including completly finishing all work - all electrics, plumbing, windows, brickwork, roofing, plastering, tiling and decorating. The bathroom was also part of the conversion as was a seceret en-suit! 3 x bedrooms a gym and a loft room and a side garage extension with an electric door. Also block paved driveway.
