We will come and thoroughly discuss your requirments prepare drawings and obtain Local Authority Planning/Building Regulations Permissions prior to starting any work. Sevenoaks Lodge The brief for this project was to double the size of this Victorian Lodge so you could not see the join.

Extension provided sitting room with feature brick fireplace with elaborate brick chimney to match existing.

Extra bedrooms and bathroom plus a 3 car garage with loft workshop completed the transformation.

Case Study 2

Design and build project Project to form breakfast/garden room with twin aspect outlook.

The brief was to provide a room adjacent to the kitchen with as much light as possible and to make the most of the outlook without being a square box.A feature of the inside is a vaulted ceiling clad with oak boarding. This project is ongoing at present.
