Our building division specialises in extensions, conversions, refurbishments and many other aspects og general building from a garden wall rebuild to a full driveway with a full planning service available to make it all so much easier for you managing all necessary building regulation approval and structural calculations.

Case Study 1

Mr and Mrs Clout - Chislehurst

As an example of our services this was an interesting construction requiring us to build a new gymnasium, garden store and Kitchen extension.

The client required the removal of most of the supporting columns holding up this three storey property to create an fully open aspect kitchen/diner/lounging area of over 130 square metres.

Our structural engineers designed and calculated all necessary steelwork and it rarely gets more challenging than this.

The client utilised our aluminium windows, bi-fold doors and roof lantern to which we suggested an added feature of the lighting which has drawn many comments from their colleagues.

The entire project was run by County from initial dig to final tile laying over a wet underfloor heating system.

Case Study 2

Mr and Mrs D Smith - Tunbridge Wells

Mr and Mrs Smith required a small extension to enlarge their existing Kitchen Diner for use as a seated 'Garden Room' from which they could enjoy their lovely garden.

While this was not a difficult job it demonstrates our attention to detail for ensuring the brick match was perfect and we followed the red corner quoin detailing and roofing exactly, dressing around the finished project with matching paving.

Internally we provided extended radiator heating and laminated oak flooring, while externally they desired bi-foding doors to allow the garden into their extension.
