comercial barn conversion The Brief i this case was to construct a largely open plan office with five meeting rooms for an accountancy practice. The office was to be built within a pre-cast concrete agricultral building over two floors. Creative Build and Interiors undertook the whole project from digging the foundation pads for the steel work to the last coat of paint on the numeros windows.

Additions and Extensions! The brief for this project was to open up two semidetached three bedroom houses into one large five bedroom house with three ensuit rooms. A two storey extension was also added to accomodate the master bed room (image 2) with ensuit(image 1) and childrens playroom. The extension was also linked to the double garrage one half of which became the utility room and W/C. The 6000x3000 link is also a sun room with a glazed frontage. All existing rooms were rearranged and made larger. A large entrance hall was created to house a split flight oak staircase and a limestone floor. All plumbing and electrical services were removed and renewed. All stages of the project were undertaken and managed by Creative Build And Interiors.
